A new Exhibition and Congress Hall up to 6,000 pax
The new 15,500sqm exhibition and convention hall, the "Palais 2 l'Atlantique", open since May 2019, complements the facilities of the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre for the production and hosting of public and professional events of up to 6,000 people.
Located in the Bordeaux Lac district and easily accessible by tram, the Exhibition Centre is a central element of the Bordeaux metropole. It represents a real advantage for the development of business tourism. The second largest exhibition facility in France outside of Paris, its 80,000sqm of covered reception area plays host, throughout the year, to about fifty events.
This new exhibition and congress hall enriches the overall capacity of the site, with the Hall 1 with an area of 50,400sqm, Hall 3 (12,000sqm) and Hall 4 (7,500sqm). With an area of 15,500sqm, modularity has been inbuilt, a 1,000sqm reception hall, 12 modular meeting rooms for 100 to 400 people, and a flexible main hall. With a surface of 7,140sqm divisible in 3 parts, it will be possible to welcome between 1,500 to 6,000 people seated thanks to a system of seating and movable stepping. These spaces can be dedicated to exhibitions and the installation of food.
