For example, guaranteed accommodation availability and rates via the hotel charter, free access to public transport, signposting in town, welcome facilities at the station and airport, tourist information at the congress venue, welcome by a political figure, etc.
Welcome to Bordeaux is also a collective comprising all of the institutional and business players responsible for hosting events in Bordeaux, who join forces to offer participants a top-quality welcome.
