Welcome to Bordeaux is a comprehensive scheme that ensures highquality and sustainable hosting of major business events. It ensures better organisation, optimises the participants’ experience, and creates a link with players in the local territory, based on a committed event strategy that is more respectful of the economic and social environment. For events that meet the criteria*, Welcome to Bordeaux offers a range of advantages depending on the type of event. For example, guaranteed accommodation availability and rates via the hotel charter, free access to public transport, signposting in town, welcome facilities at the station and airport, tourist information at the congress venue, welcome by a political figure, etc.
Welcome to Bordeaux is also a collective comprising all of the institutional and business players responsible for hosting events in Bordeaux, who join forces to offer participants a top-quality welcome.
