This program is integrated into a comprehensive support system for event organizers carried out by the Bordeaux Convention Bureau team. From briefing to event organization, the teams provide personalized and free assistance to reduce the event's environmental impact and offer a social legacy in line with the organization's CSR values.
With approximately 100 local solutions listed on environmental and social issues, the BCB offers organizers concrete solutions for smooth implementation. While some solutions can be directly contacted by the organizer, such as arranging fundraising at a gala evening, others are directly integrated by event venues and providers, especially for waste management.
The Bordeaux Metropolitan Tourist Office and Convention Bureau works closely with this network of partners to facilitate the local implementation of these responsible solutions.
