Miam is the first company dedicated to gastronomic tourism, for individuals and businesses.
Miam is the specialist in the creation and organisation of tailor-made tourist and
gastronomic tours in Bordeaux and New Aquitaine. Our expertise, our network of local
actors involved and passionate, our multilingual guides, allow us to answer all your requests.
From gourmet walks with cultural discovery, to cooking classes with a chef, from individuals
to groups, we study your needs to offer you a tailor-made and "turnkey" tour.
Our activities are designed to reinforce the company's values, create cohesion, develop and

Le réveil des papilles : Saturdays from 9.30am until 11.30am
• 3 stops with tastings
L’Épicurienne : Saturdays from 10.30am until 1pm
• 4 stops with tastings
Le Drunch : Fridays and saturdays from 5.45pm until 8.30pm
• 4 stops with tastings with 2 wine / beer pairing
La balade des marchés : Sundays from 9.30am until 12.30pm
• 7 stops with tasting (equals one meal) in 3 different markets
