A collaborative garden has been installed on site and enables to grow a variety of fruits and vegetables. This garden was put in place at the instigation of Philippe Capdevielle with the aim that his enterprise becomes a source of inspiration to consume in a more responsible manner. The fruit from the garden's crops are then reused by the kitchen staff or distributed to whole company’s staff, visitors and clients. Capdevielle Catering is also certified ISO20121. This norm guarantees that the caterer employs the best gestures in order to control the social, economic and environmental impacts of the events he organises.
