Babette Restaurant Concept Store, au sein du Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux Centre, s’inscrit dans une démarche eco-responsable.

Ce concept unique respecte des valeurs essentielles en matière d’écologie et environnement :

This unique concept respects the essential values of ecology and environment:

  • Babette water glass bottles that can be reused at will to avoid plastic packaging.

  • Setting up aromatic plants on the terrace representing a first choice cuvée for bees.

  • Using edible straws.

  • Managing and sorting of waste (returnable glass, etc.).

  • Sustainable production to limit food waste.

  • Energy saving by using low energy LED bulbs and natural lighting.

  • Air purification.

  • Moreover, for the well-being of consumers, Babette works in partnership with local producers to guarantee the quality of its products.
     

The restaurant is also a signatory of the Surfrider European Foundation charter. Amongst this charter’s commitments are: not using single-use plastics nor plastic bottles, creating meals made with seasonal local products in the huge majority of times, offering at least one vegetarian option on the menu, or using eco-friendly cleaning products.
