Moreover, for the well-being of consumers, Babette works in partnership with local producers to guarantee the quality of its products.
The restaurant is also a signatory of the Surfrider European Foundation charter. Amongst this charter’s commitments are: not using single-use plastics nor plastic bottles, creating meals made with seasonal local products in the huge majority of times, offering at least one vegetarian option on the menu, or using eco-friendly cleaning products.
