Located on the forecourt of Saint-Jean train station, in the heart of the Euratlantique district, L’Estrade is a 250 m² hybrid event venue designed to host all types of professional events: seminars, conferences, cocktail receptions, product launches, workshops, or private evenings.
The main 200 m² floor offers a fully modular layout. The venue can accommodate up to 130 seated guests or 184 standing, in a fully air-conditioned, high-speed fiber-connected (very high bandwidth) space that is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
L’Estrade is equipped with a professional sound system, a video control room with multi-camera recording, microphones, a 4K projector, as well as complete furniture (tables, chairs, high tables). The venue also includes a bar, which can be directly used for your events.
As a Social and Solidarity Economy enterprise, L’Estrade is committed to a local, ethical, and responsible approach. We work exclusively with locally engaged partners, including CSR-focused caterers such as Marie Curry.
In partnership with our production company Artist.Live, we also offer artistic entertainment to enhance your events (live music, DJ sets, comedy, improvisation, and participatory wrap-up sessions for seminars). L’Estrade is also a venue operator and show producer, with a regular cultural program open to the public.
