We also produce ephemeral restaurants for specific events in Aquitaine : "Fête du Fleuve", "Vinexpo" ...
Our menus are composed of homemade dishes made with fresh and seasonal products in our production laboratory 300m² with eco-responsible practices.
Sustainable approachAware of the environmental issues of our century, Deval Traiteur implements daily actions to limit its impact and offer an eco-responsible food. All the products used are fresh and prepared every morning in the laboratory. Deval Traiteur does its utmost to offer products from sustainable and local agriculture, for example, the ducks are guaranteed IGP Sud-Ouest, the poultry is French, etc. His approach does not stop there, with the limit of waste and the use of single-use plastic, the reduction of food waste, the installation of compost bins in his laboratory.
