GANACHE is a hybrid place where 2 worlds intersect with the same objective: to please.
The restaurant is arranged on 2 levels and includes a mixology bar and a cellar of 150 references, seasonal bistronomic cuisine, promoting home-made, a “boutique” pastry shop breaking the codes of dessert on the plate, attentive service .
Culinary offering ranging from cocktail dinners to gourmet menus. Privatization = 140 seats and semi-privatization: 60 or 80 seats.
Sustainable approach
The restaurant is a signatory of the Surfrider European Foundation charter. Amongst this charter’s commitments are: not using single-use plastics nor plastic bottles, creating meals made with seasonal local products in the huge majority of times, offering at least one vegetarian option on the menu, or using eco-friendly cleaning products.Contact
