Brasserie Vinatier
After lighting up Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Lille, Nouvelle Garde now takes on another
stronghold of French gastronomy: Bordeaux. On Place Saint-Christoly, the Brasserie
Vinatier reveals itself. At its heart stands a wood-fired hearth, where meats, fish and
vegetables serve as proud guardians of the brasserie’s sacred flame.
