From Plenary Session to Gala Evening in a Historic Setting in Saint-Émilion
In the heart of Saint-Emilion, the Cloître des Cordeliers offers companies a unique heritage setting where strcutured work sessions and elegant celebrations seamlessly come together.
During the Club ETI evening, the cloister was transformed into a professional theatre style venue hosting a plenary meeting for 180 participants. The fully equipped reception hall was arranged in theatre configuration facing the stage, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
Presentations were supported by a comprehensive technical setup, including a large screen projector, four strategically positioned additional screens, a full sound system and microphones guaranteeing clarity and fluidity throughout the session. This format combines efficiency, impact and comfort within an exceptional historic environment.
Following the plenary session, the atmosphere shifted. Guests gathered under the cloister’s arcades for an elegant and immersive gala evening. Architectural lighting enhanced the historic setting, creating a warm and refined ambiance. A cocktail service encouraged networking, while a tailored musical atmosphere, from a dynamic DJ set to live jazz, set the rhythm of the evening.
