Concerned about its environment & its carbon footprint, Lacoste presents its new concept
« Les Planches Locavores ».
We decided to highlight the richness of our lands with sourced products. Our initial wish: To create platters to share, from carefully selected fresh seasonal products, our priority being to favor local producers for an authentic and responsible culinary experience. From there were born 11 savory & sweet, healthy & gourmet boards to satisfy as many people as possible.
Ethic Ocean fish, vegetables from Eysines, Basque charcuterie from Maison Abotia, cheeses from Maison Basco Béarnaise…
We also wanted the presentation materials to have a link with this engagement approach: Create custom wooden trestles, manufactured by ESAT Sud Adour in Saint Vincent les Dax ESAT SUD ADOUR, an establishment offering professional support to people with disabilities.
