The tasting combines three carefully selected types of caviar, including the renowned Aquitaine PGI caviar, with Grands Crus Classés and a Champagne, to reveal subtle and refined pairings. The workshop is led by Laetitia Ouspointour, a qualified oenologist who guides participants through sensory analysis and an understanding of food and wine pairings.
