Located in the heart of the village of Bouliac and just 10km from Bordeaux in South-West France, Le Saint-James is a stunning contemporary hotel designed by Jean Nouvel and inspired by the tobacco drying barns in the region. Dinner at the restaurant Le Saint-James means sitting down to a table in the heart of nature. Surrounded by greenery and vines.

Each of the immaculately designed bedrooms boasts magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards in the beautiful village of Bouliac.

This unique hotel has 15 bedrooms and 3 suites, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a Michelin star restaurant, a bistro and cookery school, Côté Cours.

Eco-certified partner

The Saint-James Hotel is in the process of being certified Green Key. The hotel is also in partnership with an association that helps homeless women and uses local products for the restaurant.
