Boutique Hôtel & Spa Bordeaux

Accommodation, Meeting room

Its original decoration, its courtyard organized around a Wine Bar, its 27 rooms and suites all individually personalized make a rare address to explore the riches of the city and the region.

The Boutique Hotel plays tribute to Bordeaux's wines and regions; rooms are named after the region’s most famous chateaux and the owners have planted vines in the courtyard.

Historical charm and interior design
The owner, Christophe San Jose, fell in love with the soul and history of the building; he wanted to preserve the spirit whilst giving free rein to his love for contemporary design. By designing most of the rooms themselves, he has created a universe filled with refined details, where stone walls and original parquet floors are in perfect harmony with designer furniture and objects from Philippe Starck, Kartell and Eichholtz.

Each of the 27 rooms and suites reveal a different environment where the juxtaposition of classical and vintage creates the elegance. Large views over either the green courtyard or the rooftops of Bordeaux add to the charm and bright atmosphere of the rooms.

A 4 star hotel in the heart of Bordeaux
Ideally situated in the historic centre of Bordeaux, close to the Place Gambetta, the hotel is hidden behind an impressive set of wooden doors at the top of Rue Lafaurie de Monbadon. Open the doors to reveal a green and luxurious courtyard. This centre piece of the hotel offers perfect calm to the overlooking hotel rooms. The building dates back to the 18th century. The sandstone exteriors, so characteristic of Bordeaux‘s grand residencies, and the majestic staircase are testimony of its prestigious past.

The Boutique Hotel offers its guests a luxury experience with all the generosity of a family home. Its personalised and designer decoration as well as its interior garden, organised around a wine bar, highlight the spirit of a UNESCO World Heritage classified building. A unique address from where to explore the riches of Bordeaux and its region, whilst relaxing in a timeless setting.

Wine bar and secret garden in Bordeaux
A secret garden, the terrace of the Boutique Hotel is an oasis of quiet and greenery in the heart of the city. It is in this shady garden that you will find the Wine Bar, furnished with designer tables, signed by Starck, and intimate lounge areas. The conservatory adds to the charming and timeless atmosphere of the location.

Sustainable approach

The Boutique Hotel is certified Green Key certification, a label dedicated to eco-responsible accommodations.
