CONFIRMATION OF CONGRESS IN BORDEAUX

We make every effort to assist you in organizing your event.

Smooth Mobility

We understand the importance of smooth transportation during a professional event. Therefore, all participants are offered congress passes, providing access to public transportation in the Metropolis, ensuring optimal mobility in the city. Simplify your participants' journeys between congress venues and tourist attractions with eco-friendly mobility options. The congress pass offers an environmentally friendly option for your event's transportation.

Promotion and Communication

Through its website, social networks, and in collaboration with its partners, the Bordeaux Convention Bureau ensures optimal visibility for your event. We provide essential information to maximize the impact of your congress.
A major event attendance note is sent to Bordeaux Welcome collective members. Across all sectors, this represents 1,000 relay contacts.
This note provides information on the congress in terms of participants, event location, dates and duration, subject, and congress program. Depending on your needs, we can adjust this note with details of your program.

Sustainable Support

The Bordeaux Convention Bureau (BCB) and Bordeaux Tourism & Congress Sustainable Development department develop personalized support for organizing more responsible and committed events. From the briefing to event organization, the teams provide, beyond logistical advice, personalized and free support to reduce the event's environmental impact and propose a social legacy in line with the structure's CSR values.

STRONG AND UPDATED RESOURCES

With nearly 100 local solutions referenced on environmental and social issues, the BCB offers event organizers concrete solutions for seamless implementation.
TINA Project (Innovative Tourism in Nouvelle-Aquitaine) - the environmental, economic, and scientific impacts of 3 congresses are currently being calculated. The BCB will then have an impact calculation methodology to offer organizers anticipated solutions.
