Le Girofard is the LGBTQIA+ center of Bordeaux. A key player in awareness-raising and inclusion, it supports companies and event organizers in implementing concrete actions to create spaces that are fairer, more representative, and more inclusive.

Nearly 50% of LGBT+ people say they do not feel fully visible or included in their professional environment. A lack of diversity among speakers, limited representation, or non-inclusive language can reduce their engagement and sense of belonging. Promoting inclusion also strengthens team cohesion, brand image, and the overall impact of your events.
Detailed overview of the different intervention formats:
• Training sessions on LGBT+ inclusion and best practices for fostering a supportive professional environment.
• Interactive activities: quizzes, escape games (up to 20 participants), queer-themed music blind tests, and tailored creative workshops.
• Artistic and cultural performances: drag bingo, shows, readings, keynote talks, or explanatory QR codes placed on tables.
• Awareness booths or short interventions during coffee breaks, lunches, or gala dinners.
