Le Convention Bureau réalise un guide pratique avec les 10 étapes clefs pour organiser un événement éco-positif qui sera mis à disposition des organisateurs.
Au-delà des pratiques applicables dans toutes les destinations, le guide fera un état des lieux précis des solutions innovantes disponibles sur le territoire (tri des déchets, redistribution de repas, insertion etc.) et proposera un panel d'associations locales impliquées dans des actions environnementales et sociales.

As a free information and advisory service, the Bordeaux Convention Bureau assists professional event organizers (agencies, companies, associations, federations, unions, PCOs, etc.) in planning their projects in the Bordeaux destination.
The BCB also offers personalized support for their organizational and logistical issues, providing organizers with solutions to improve the environmental impact of their events (carbon footprint calculation, local consumption solutions, waste management, etc.), and supports and fosters partnerships between local associations and organizers to ensure a positive social impact of the event
A team of four people is in constant contact with organizers to qualify their requests and with event venues and providers.
Beyond providing qualified advice on the logistical aspects of events, since 2018, we have been committed to facilitating the organization of events with a positive impact on the territory. To achieve this, we continuously identify and update the list of partners engaged in sustainable practices and build special relationships with local associations to offer meaningful activities that allow events to leave a social legacy in the destination.
