Digital solutions, a key asset available for event organisers  

Bordeaux Events new Digital Services Department will be collaborating closely with its Sales team to optimise support for its client organisers in selecting and implementing the necessary digital solutions for their events.


The Digital Services Department experts support its sales team during the client consultation stage and carry out a risk analysis for each event. They are also present at the start of each event to ensure the smooth functioning of any digital or audio-visual services.

The team have also started to optimise the Wifi networks and improve signage in the welcome areas.

Electronic signs have been installed at the entrance to the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre as well as a digital sign at the Bordeaux Congress Centre. This sign benefits from simplified back office management, allowing organisers to manage it independently if they wish to do so.

The Digital Services Department team is currently working on the technology which will be offered to organisers and participants in the New Exhibitions and Congress Hall under construction. This new hall will be unmistakably high tech.
