AUDELA Evenement/Evasion celebrates its 10th anniversary  

The agency is now part of the event stage and takes advantage of its occasion to redefine its image and its strategy for the next decade. This is the opportunity to focus on a renowned agency which agrees that 'being demanding is challenging'.


A 3000 collaborator-congress to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Caisse d’Epargne bank, a welcoming convention for a 700 member-delegation from the chinese ShanTu group, a prestige evening in Dusseldorf launching the new identity and a new range for the Champagne Feuillatte brand, an evening kick-off for the new Mercedes Class A, incentive and reward trips in destinations such as Lapland, Montenegro, New York or Croatia, here are a few examples of the projects lead by the AU DELA agency for the past weeks. These large and prestigious events illustrate the AU DELA expertise and contribute to its growth.

On May 16, 2008, Charlotte Caliouw first opened AU DELA. Since then, the agency hasn’t stopped exapanding. During 10 years, Charlotte has worked to implement her vision of event production, of B2B projects and of corporate business. She also benefitted from her past experience as a client, from the other side of the mirror. AU DELA covers a large spectrum in the corporate event universe from conventions, incentive trips, general assemblies, anniversaries, evening parties to hospitality and professional fairs.  The agency also expanded its know how beyond the Bordeaux region and France borders… Including creativity, imagination and emotion is key to the agency DNA so that each project is really unique.

Beyond the words, here are some facts: these past 6 months, no less than 20 events were created, managed and delivered by the agency. Every year, more than 40 operations are led and generate a double digit dynamic growth rate. Still developing more large events, guaranteeeing the level of service and satisfaction, integrating new clients, staying on top of creativity…. the agency covets to confirm its success. In order to do so, AU DELA relies on a team of 13 collaborators coming from very diverse backgrounds. The diversity of their experience adds to creative thinking and to the excellence provided in the execution of events. The team has recently been reinforced with new additions to face both the actual growth and the coming development in the years to come.

This 10th anniversary has been taken as an opportunity to rejuvenate with a new graphic identity and a new website. Starting at the beginning of May, the agency also unveiled the backstage of its success through a video which highlights many events and the portraits of the creative talents. With this 10th anniversary, AU DELA really steps out of the shadow.
