Cooking Workshop at Château Haut-Bailly
Learn how to reproduce traditional recipes
The Château Haut-Bailly offers in collaboration with Anne Fahmy the opportunity to perfect its knowledge in French gastronomy by reproducing traditional recipes, such as Burgundy gougères or Bordeaux canelés.
- Format: the workshop begins with a cooking class (90 min), followed by a 30 minute visit of the estate and ends with a tasting of your creations paired with a glass of wine from Château Haut-Bailly
- Length: 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Dates: June 1st and 11th, July 2nd, August 20th and 27th (Other dates available on demand)
- Price: 95€ / person (from 4 to 8 people). For smaller groups (2-3 people), additional cost of 5€ per person
After a successful career as an international lawyer, Anne Fahmy has converted to her passion for cooking. During her workshops, in a friendly atmosphere, she shares her knowledge and passion to create some of the great classics of French cuisine.
